  Intern supporting the Focal Point and the M&D Unit in the areas of Entrepreneruship, Labor and Financial Inclusion • Support the management of Y-MED project for circular migration in the Mediterranean area: assisting the focal point in coordinating activities with IOM Morocco, IOM Tunisia and IOM Egypt, reporting and sharing information with colleagues from the different Missions, reaching out to companies based in Italy for internship programs for young people coming from target countries;• Drafting of Pre-departure tool material and a Welcome Package for young interns coming from Morocco, Tunisia and Egypt. • Organization of project’s events, including workshops with institutional counterparts, relevant stakeholder and IOM colleagues from other Missions; • Communication and information sharing with private sector’s representatives and institutional stakeholders in the framework of Y-MED and EMERGE projects; • Developing, managing and updating of M&D project’s visibility material; • Collection of data on multicultural enterprises and migrant entrepreneurship in Italy; • Reporting of M&D and Project development activities and achievements to IOM Italy colleagues through weekly bulletin communications; • Fulfilment of administrative procedures and requirements for M&D Projects.
