  During this period I worked as a Proxy Product Owner for NOL Vessels Applications from both Singapore and India. The project involves coordination with the users for requirement elicitation, coming up with appropriate IT solution and the feasibility study with the team about the fitment of the same. Discuss requirement with the offshore team and make them understand the work flow and architecture of the new system. Responsibilities include:• Coordinate with Business and Product Owner • Creating Product Vision, Product Goal, Release planning.• Create Stories and Facilitate Product grooming• Tracking Stories sprint by sprint.• Reporting to Product Owner about the progress.• Worked as a bridge between business and Developers.• Worked with Scrum Master to remove product impediments.• Maintaining Product and Sprint Backlog. Show less During this period I worked as Proxy Scrum Master / Agile Developer with 7 developers in a Development project for Victoria Secrets from Bhubaneswar. Project involved developing new modules and enhancing existing modules of Victoria Secret to incorporate new payment type "PAYPAL". This includes changes in processes starting Order creation till authorization and payment. My responsibilities include • Coordination in Daily Stand up Call, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective Meeting.• Coordination with the PO for requirement analysis, • Status reporting, performance evaluation for all the developers at offshore, • Reviewing, and ensuring defect free deliverables from offshore. • Also leading the Knowledge and Quality management for my project. My responsibilities include tracking and ensuring defect free deliverables and end to end coordination with client. It also includes providing complete solution to client to help in regular business problems starting from discussion with third party vendors till successful implementation of the solution. I have also worked in development projects like automation of CLM processing, EDI 418 batch interface, USDOT regulatory etc. These projects have reduced human hours used for manual processing and thus added $$ value to customer.
