  As a Member Services Associate at the Central Y, I provided excellent customer service to all current members, prospective members, and staff using the facility and all Y programs in the facility and within the community. I greeted members, answered phones, prepared Membership Department paperwork for courier service each day and, as well as selling and signing up customers for Y memberships which included giving tours and using sales knowledge gained at trainings and on the job. I also worked with customers to sign them up for programs (swim lessons, personal training, youth sports etc). I was promoted to Manger on Duty after one year, going from a very part-time role, to a full-time position. I opened the facility each morning, making sure all members were given the best customer service possible each day. I performed many other tasks, working with all departments of the Y to make sure the facility and all programs were running smoothly each day. Show less

  Short film "crave"

  I co-wrote, produced, and acted in the short film "Crave" as part of the "3 Day Film Challenge: Horror Edition" competition put on by Emerging Artists Productions of San Jose, California. Our film, "Crave" won the 1st Place, along with Best Sound in the competition.
