  As Commercial Manager at Ellipse Energy my primary role is to manage, develop and maintain all aspects of commercial activity in accordance with our business strategy. I develop and create business processes and systems to effectively promote our company’s growth and profitability.I ensure that the business consistently maintains its compliance with recognised accreditations and certifications in line with the highest industry standards.Working with the Operations department I ensure the business retains its focus and direction on agreed contractual objectives by monitoring and measuring Key Performance Indicators.I am responsible for analysing and presenting key commercial reports to the Board of Directors in line with our policy of continual improvement, as well as researching new innovation and ideas to ensure our business maintains its competitive advantage in the marketplace.Other key aspects of my role include:Working in partnership with external bodies including private and public sector organisations to create long term business relationships.Identifying new opportunities and liaising closely with our Business Development Managers to develop new revenue streams.Effectively promoting the brand and image of the business and ensuring consistency of presence across all commercial channels.Ensure projects are managed in accordance with the contractual requirements of our clients. Pro-actively building business networks and relationships with supply chain partners nationwide.Providing expert energy efficiency advice to our clients with regard to our products and services.Working with key stakeholders I maintain the businesses compliance in line with all regulatory, financial and legal obligations. In order to ensure the business is at the forefront of the evolving energy efficiency sector I take a pro-active role in the industry including attending conferences, events, seminars, forums and workshops.
