  After a successful stint as an offshore support lead I moved to the position of onsite support lead in Cambridge, UK. As an onsite support lead my key tasks were –> Day to day meeting with client to set the priority of production issues and propagating the same to the offshore team.> Explaining the priority issues (Priority 1 & 2) to all of the client managers & directors and provide an update in every hour.> Meetings with all the third party companies in case of any integration issues and act as a middle layer with the server hosting team which is a third party vendor based in US.> Weekly discussion with the server hosting team to decide if there is any need of increase/decrease the server infrastructure to support the current user load in the platform.> Monthly review of the server infrastructure to check if there is any scope of cost saving by decreasing the number of servers or the AWS instance type.
