      Prior to Bekaert, Steve served as quality engineer for 10 years at a premier cooking equipment manufacture Southbend in North Carolina. During his last 3 years he led a team that achieved ISO9000 certification. Steve introduced the development of writing procedures and documenting all process in Engineering, Accounting, Fabrication, and Assembly by familiarizing himself in all departments and writing or coordinated the writing of all departmental procedures.In addition, during his job tenure, he setup and ran a manufacturing assembly line for new equipment.       Prior to Victory, I served as Lead responsible for all 1st shift production, quality, hiring, & training for Bekaert Fibre Technologies in North Carolina. At time of hire the North American facility was just a concrete slab in the construction process. I was instrumental in all initial hiring, training, and startup of the facility. I traveled abroad to train and master the company manufacturing process and returned to hire and train a team to begin US production. Through leadership and facilitating of problem solving teams.
