  I have been working at the Ioffe institute as a researcher for 10 years. In the main, my job is development of post growth technology semiconductor devices (layout design, pattern of masks, and workflow), working out the regimes of individual process steps (lithography processes, wet etching, electrochemical processes), prototyping/manufacture of prototypes devices for further study. The main lithography processes is direct lithography, lift-off lithography, image reversal processes. As a rule my work area is semiconductor materials like GaSb, InAs, SiC, GaAs.
