This 45,000 square foot, award winning space, provided a world class, state of the art conference center that included a 500 person auditorium, flexible conference rooms and an extraordinary break out space. Reviewed leases for termination requirements and negotiated restoration requirements as part of closing out existing facilities. Provided as-built drawings to occupancy planning to ensure that the space plan database remained up to date. - Worked with transaction team to coordinate simultaneous lease expiration of three locations in Stafford, VA allowing for all three locations to be consolidated into one new 25,000 sq. ft. location. Delivered the project 8% below budget.- Successfully managed a 421 person restack and consolidation of the corporate headquarters.
