This 45,000 square foot, award winning space, provided a world class, state of the art conference center that included a 500 person auditorium, flexible conference rooms and an extraordinary break out space. This $5.6M project was delivered on schedule and 20% under budget. - Developed an MS Access Database for the department’s weekly reporting of financial and project status which integrated multiple data sources providing real-time data. These projects included collecting space requirements, coordinating space plans, furniture layouts, telecom/data layouts, security, specialty cooling and power and move management. Teamed with a Procurement Specialist to develop procurement strategies, developed Scope of Work documents and Requests for Proposals, prepared bid analysis spread sheets including bid leveling and award recommendations. Reviewed leases for termination requirements and negotiated restoration requirements as part of closing out existing facilities. Provided as-built drawings to occupancy planning to ensure that the space plan database remained up to date. - Worked with transaction team to coordinate simultaneous lease expiration of three locations in Stafford, VA allowing for all three locations to be consolidated into one new 25,000 sq. ft. location. Delivered the project 8% below budget.- Successfully managed a 421 person restack and consolidation of the corporate headquarters.
