      Substitute teacher

      I have been serving as a long term substitute teacher, facilitating a grade rehabilitation cohort at Grossmont High School. I work with students to help motivate and encourage them to complete work that has been assigned in their various classes. I have 9th-12th grade students who attend this class. Getting to know these students, and figuring out what motivates them has been a great learning experience, and encouraged me to develop my relationship skills and focus on the individual student.
