      Benefits and evaluation manager (secondment)

      • Lead benefits management activity and work with the project manager to deliver the business case benefits and outcomes.• Champion the use of best practice benefits management standards, tools, and processes, engage with the portfolio office to enhance and implement improvements.• Support the project manager in preparing and updating the benefit elements of the Business Case working with specialists as required.• Define and shape the benefits management strategy considering the wider organisation methodology.• Oversee the completion of the project Benefits Realisation Plan including change control.• Identify risks to benefits realisation and develop and propose mitigations.• Lead of establishing mechanisms for the co-ordinated and consistent tracking and reporting of benefits through the project lifecycle and into realisation.• Co-ordinate workshops, map benefits and ensure alignment.
