  - Delivery Manager: I am coaching a team of systems champions who administrate users, train new recruits or people moving to a new post and share new evolution requests matching their needs. Their role is additional to their daily routine and my mission is to help them in their role to keep systems alive and used deeply and efficiently. I coordinate requests and arbitrate needs with development, method and deployment teams at the headquarter. - Project management and Solution Architect: Competing with other industrial sites, I identify the needs of progress for the site and assess the added value of implementing new systems. I take part in the strategic plan for systems to cover obsolescence and the site needs. On the deployment part of a project, I am key coordinator between deployment teams and local teams (end users) to organise roadmap and facilitate implementation respecting production priority.- Data/Solution Architecture: In a context of running with various systems which communicate more or less with each other, I make sure any data discrepancy is clearly studied to identify root causes and guarantee all systems are using the same information or discrepancy are understood/corrected. It requires me to be familiar with SQL, Oracle, functional understanding of systems and technical data exchanges. In order to be efficient in my function, I am also very familiar with Service Reception Protocols used for Data exchanges between Level1 Level2 Level3/4 systems. Show less
