  I spearheaded an immersive one-month program designed to guide participants through their cloud learning journey. My responsibilities extended beyond traditional facilitation, encompassing the orchestration of engaging Cloud Sessions that empowered learners to navigate Google Cloud with confidence. My commitment to excellence was evident in daily interactions, where I diligently addressed participant queries, provided insightful solutions, and encouraged a collaborative atmosphere conducive to effective learning. The Program involved Cloud Foundational and AI Promt Engineering Courses, which I also learned during the process of engagement. I honed my skills in pivotal areas such as GCP, Cloud Storage, Types of Cloud, NLP, LLMs, PaLM, Token generation, and core concepts of building reliable systems with cloud technologies. My active involvement in this program underscored my commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies.I played a pivotal role in enhancing the participants' understanding of Google Cloud and championed the adoption of best infrastructure practices. My unwavering dedication to knowledge dissemination and community-building has not only enriched individual learning paths but also contributed to the collective advancement of cloud technology.My tenure as a Google Cloud Study Jams facilitator reflects my ability to seamlessly blend technical acumen with interpersonal skills, fostering an environment where learning is not only informative but also inspiring. It provides more than 70+ CRM Integrations and 20+ Dialing features that allows businesses' marketing or sales team to take feedback from customers.I work on Core Dialing feature which uses VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), a Cloud based Voice communication technology. Some dialing features include, Power Dialing, Automatic Machine Detection, Call Analytics, Smart DID Routing, Smart Switch, Call Forwarding, Call Recording and more. Show less
