      For 4 years, Mr. Dockter was the HSE Manager for CEDA, Inc., an industrial services company providing daily industrial maintenance and “turnaround” services at petrochemical, utility, and pulp/paper plants located throughout the United States. As the HSE Manager, Mr. Dockter was responsible for the overall development, implementation, maintenance and administration of safety, health, and environmental programs for CEDA, Inc. In 2011, Mr. Dockter was promoted to the HSE Directior for CEDA International’s U.S. operations.Responsibilities included: • Overall HSE program for CEDA's U.S. Operations ensuring that the program meets the requirements outlined by the Corporate HSE Management System (policies, standards, SOPs), while adhering to local, state and federal regulations. • Preparation and presentation of HSE related statistics, and initiatives at corporate and company meeting rhythms, including job site toolbox talks. • Develop, coordinate, and administer new hire and periodic safety training for all levels of employees, including third party contractors, communicating safety related expectations and ensuring competency while working at CEDA facilities and job sites. • Active participation in corporate strategic and planning initiatives. • Ensure ongoing compliance of employee Medical Surveillance Program. • Assist and/or perform Incident Reports & Formal Incident Investigations to determine root cause to develop and implement correct actions to prevent reoccurrence. • Provide oversight to the management of injury claims and return to work program. Coordinate with Worker Compensation representatives in managing claims. • Management, classification, and recording of injuries in accordance with OSHA recordkeeping requirements. • Coordinate/perform Site Safety requirements inclusive of Safety Audits, Inspections, Investigations, Permitting, Job Safety Analysis, Toolbox meetings, Employee Training, etc. Show less
