  As the Managing Director of the World Employment Confederation (WEC) for over 19 years, my mission has been to navigate the evolving landscape of labour markets and industrial relations on an international scale. Under my leadership, WEC's advocacy has shaped international dialogues with major institutions like the EU, the OECD and the ILO, championing strategic thinking, communications and public affairs to foster a more adaptable and human-centered workforce and enable the sustainable growth of the HR Services industry.My achievements include the following :- Led policy and communication international campaigns to solidify the HR Services industry’s critical role in building effective labour markets- Established alliances with global organisations, including the International Labour Organisation (ILO), OECD, European Union Institutions, International Organisation of Employers (IOE), and BusinessEurope, fostering a favourable regulatory environment for the HR Services industry- Diversified sources of financial incomes by signing commercial partnerships with LinkedIn, Ius Laboris, Bullhorn, Lightcast etc.- Built a high-performing Head Office Team, quadrupling its size over 20 years, to deliver exceptional service to WEC members and advocate for the HR Services industry at European and global levelsMy contributions extend into thought leadership, where I demystify the "Great Mismatch" (the increasing gap between people's expectations regarding their work experience and the reality they face on the ground) for business leaders, advocating for workplace conditions that honour individual aspirations and career growth.
