  Main duties and responsibilities• To manage the performance development of male amateur players, through coaching and competitive opportunities, from Regional level to England National level, with overall responsibility for the England Golf Performance budget relating to male amateur golf;• To recruit, appoint and support all coaching personnel required to deliver the performance programme effectively for male amateur players and to ensure each individual understands their role and outcomes required;• In cooperation with the Performance Director, squad coaches and volunteers, identify and monitor players worthy of inclusion in England Squads (Male), as per the criteria of the England Golf Selection Policy;• Conduct personal interviews with all players and assist coaches and the production of the Personal Development Plan for National Squad players;• Build effective working relationships and communication between coaches, managers and sport science and medicine team;• To schedule and coordinate all national squad coaching sessions, making the best use of the National Academy at Woodhall Spa and future competitive venues where applicable;• Manage appropriate statistics and data to support individual Player Development Plans;• Collect and manage appropriate data to enable England Golf to establish statistical norms for players in each age group; • To work with the Performance Administrator(s) to ensure all travel, accommodation, facility and relevant bookings are made and to ensure all players, coaches and staff are in receipt of the correct equipment, kit, documentation and information that is relevant to each event;• To attend relevant tournaments and coaching sessions to ensure contact is maintained with coaches, volunteers, players and parents; Show less
