      Matthew Murray has worked in the Emergency Notification Field for the last 14 years. Starting as an independent NOC operator for Send Word Now in 2007, Matt quickly transitioned to direct Customer Support at SWN Communications. Rising through the ranks of Customer Support Coordinator, Custom Support Manager, and finnally, Sales Support Engineer, Matt has always had a client focused method of support the use of the Send Word Now Emergency Notification Service. With a background in Computer Network Systems, Matt assumed the role of front line Technical Support for our client base. In addition to the day to day business operations of an Emergency Notification Service, Matt also learned the proper use of Send Word Now's SOAP and REST API as well as other methods of integration that are supported by a Send Word Now account. These methods include, but are not limited to, XML data file integration, SSO integrations for external authentication, and the use of an inbound API that clients can use to initate Emergency Notifications from their account. Matt also supports the Account Management and Security teams at OnSolve providing technical support for pre-sales clients and technical responses for Information Security due diligence processes. Matt has also provided first hand knowledge and expertise when completeing and responding to Security Audits completes on the Send Word Now application. Matt has recently expanded his role to provide Customer and Technical support to OnSolve's AI offering, Risk Intelligence. He is very skilled at explaining internal issues in language that any client can understand and addressing machine learning queries with the internal OnSolve engineers. Matt is also working with the new OnSolve Platform offering from OnSolve to provide a Next Gen Software as a Service application for Critical Event Management. The OnSolve Platform will offer a single interace that will allow clients a seamless integration to their Risk Intelligence account. Show less
