  The primary responsibility involves providing training to the staff members and customers of the bank about various products and services offered by the bank. This includes marketing of all the financial products and services of the bank (including Deposits, Advances, Accounts mobilization, Gold coins and Credit cards). Additionally, I was also responsible for marketing of all the financial products of the business partners of the bank (including Mutual Funds, Life, Non life and Health insurance policies). Other responsibilities involved providing financial planning and portfolio management services to selective high value customers of the bank, targeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements & needs and delivering the right product from the bank’s bouquet, relationship management with existing customers for their feedback, grievances and cross selling of other related products.   My role involved teaching and mentoring to students of MBA, PGDM and BBA and guiding and proctoring these students during their research, training and dissertation works. I was also the Assistant Editor of DRIEMS Business Review – The Bi-Annual Research Journal of Management and IT of DRIEMS – Management Wing. Administrative responsibility involved active participation as member of the students activity and discipline cell of DRIEMS - Management Wing.

  My primary responsibility involves teaching, mentoring, guiding and proctoring students of Business Management during their research, training and dissertation works. I am also involved in conducting coaching sessions of students for business acumen and campus placements. Additionally, I am also the Chief Mentor for UMANG – the Grameen Mela of IMIS. I have also been a mentor for other events like EXORDIUM – the Induction program for freshers of IMIS, MARKUES – the Marketing club at IMIS and member of various other committees. Show less
