Designed and implemented Niche programs that include an Alzheimer Unit, Respiratory Unit, Orthopedic Unit, and Cardiac Unit which siginificantly met the market need, increased skilled mix population for enhanced reimbursement and demonstrated fiduciary responsibility. Decreased Worker Compensation claims by 90% through employee training, monitoring and accountability.Decreased staff turn over and maintained a 93% retention rate through employee education, communication and relationships with a focus on ensuring employees had the tools they needed to succeed with a belief and adherence to an Open Door policy.
