  I continue the tasks I did in my previous role as Systems Control Assistant, but due to the changes in ICT, Wokingham had employed me as a Systems Analyst to be a part of the new In-House Service Desk team.I continue to support Northgate's iWorld Revs & Ben and Northgate Housing. I will be trained in to support a multitude of systems such as Civica's Comino which I have a small bit of knowledge on whilst working as a Systems Control Assistant and possibly some training on WiSER. There will be more to come. Show less Run, Check and Print overnight reports, bills and notification letters via the I-World system, reconciling figures and updating spreadsheets for the council. Primary focuses are for Council Tax and Revenues.I run and print reports using the Northgate's iWorld for Revenues and Benefits. I am currently in the process of Learning, Using, Testing and Updating Northgate's iWorld Housing software.I also use Business Objects to write reports and will be learning SQL to advance my skills for the Housing Project.Constantly using VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) in excel to automate extremely tedious tasks that would have taken months to do by hand manually, to get something done by the end of the day.
