  Rolls-Royce Marine merged with Kongsberg Maritime from April 2019 and I continued in same role as Master Scheduler.Leading the Sales & Operations Planning Process (S&OP) for Deck Machinery and Motion Control, ensuring the assessment of risks, inventory and financial implications are approved by the value-stream stakeholders. Included factories in Norway, Poland, South-Korea and logistical warehouse Finland.Obtaining Customer Facing or Services Business Unit approval for proposals to be put to the Supply Chain including but not limited to Finance, Commercial, Project, Services and Assembly.Modelling the effect on internal and external supply chain demand of these proposals, ensuring load & capacity impact is understood, and appropriate mitigation actions are developed ensure a doable planEvaluating the impact of proposals on the Supply Chain and preparation of a response to satisfy them.   Ensure that each project in the global portfolio has a robust and optimized plan; and that the portfolio is planned in a way which is not sub-optimized to individual projects. Work closely with the Head of Planning & Control in order to ensure that the plan is being delivered in terms of schedule, cost and quality. The portfolio of projects also includes R&D projects with internal customers.Proactive role, dealing with ensuring future performance.
