      My last role in PPG was Director of Human Resources for Architectural Coatings where I established and led HR programs and solutions for this 2,000 employee business unit. A key part of this role was the provision of guidance and advice to the business unit managers and the VP. I was and integral of due dilligence teams and ensured the smooth onboarding of employees and executives. I led of team of 5 HR professional direct reports and a total HR team of 15 and oversaw sucessful union negotiations at our GA facility. Prior roles held within this company included direct operational positions of Regional Sales Manager for Elastomeric Coatings with responsibility for for a sales region of $12M. I also held the role of Manager of Automotive Coatings Operations that involved me managing the product supply for a $100M business and consumer paints Plant Manager where I increased productivity by 33% in 18 months while mitigating union organizing attempts.       I spearheaded the HR fucntion for this U.S. subsidiary of a a French owned organization with sales of $2.3B and a workforce of 5,000. I served on the executive committe that set over al company strategy. I also established the HR strategy and gained implementation support and buy in from the executive leadership team. This support enabled me to design the HR structure, implement new HR services in record time, increase employee satisfaction, and ensure fairness and equity for all employees. One of the biggest accomplishments was the development and execution of a sales management process aimed at increasing the professionalism of the sales force. We successfully trained 800+ associates in only 9 months and realized improved sales processes, market penetration and market share. We then successfully used the process to reduce workforce numbers by 4,500+ with no interruptions to business or service levels. • I was able to expedite a smooth sale of an international business unit and the associated severance of globally dispersed employees through close and effective collaboration with the legal team.
