      Working on QA of Interaction Server(one of Genesys core components) in cloud. Testing the newly added Node.js components like IXN node and IXN VQ node using "Jest" framework in node.js. Working in one of the core components of Genesys that gave me a complete knowledge of both automated and manual testing. Worked on C# .Net framework for automated testing, involved in the huge regression process and became an integral part in the release of the product Worked on End-to-End testing of UI framework in a Selenium-Python-Lettuce Framework. I had a previous exposure to Selenium and Python and here I learnt how to integrate them with the features of Lettuce.
