      The Executive Board for Educational Programs of Winchester was approached by members of the community, local colleges and recruiting offices and the surrounding communities to implement career programs for persons with disabilities to become active employees. Recruited by the Board and the Director for Employment Programs; I took on the roll as the Acting Employment Manager. I worked and collaborated with the Director in the design and implementation of “Label Me Employable” career programs. Additionally, my duties included acting lead liaison to educational government officials, departments and divisions on behalf of and for the Director and the Board for Educational Programs for Winchester. I wrote business plans, sales strategies and program materials, budget plans and ROI strategies. I conducted weekly, bi-weekly and monthly meetings and public surveys. Together we designed assignments, exams, evaluation forms and the certificates for each of the career programs. In the spring of 2006 I launched e-Learning portals and taught courses. Since launching the “Label Me Employable” Employee Programs in the fall of 2005-06 semester we have seen insurmountable final results: increased employment opportunities for persons with disabilities by 48% within our local community and surrounding communities.       North Dundas City/Town Hall (North Dundas District High School), Collaborating with the Township Office of North Dundas I wrote, designed, developed and Implemented “Above and Beyond Hospitality, Travel & Tourism” fast-track diploma program. The key elements of the program include but are not limited to Airlines, Cruise Lines, Trains, Hotels and Car Rentals, RES 3, Sabre and Apollo Reservations Software Systems, Manual and E-Ticketing, Destination Event and Special Event Management, Meeting, Convention and Tradeshow Management, SAP PLM200 Business Processes In Project Management, SAP PLM230 Project Management, HR, Accounting and Policy and Procedures. I instructed 50 trainers on course delivery standards and trained over 175 students/participants. The results and statistics showed and proved to the Ontario Ministry of Education the need and demand to change the existing core material throughout their Hospitality, Travel & Tourism diploma and certificate program/s, the demand for higher educational standards within these two industries and change/re-train the trainers/instructors in all school systems.       Designed and Implemented (Ontario Ministry of Education Approved) Office Skills for Today’s Economy certification program (Adult Education- In-class and self-study) 2005 to present: Collaborating with North Dundas City/Town Hall in Winchester, Ontario in the “Adult Educational Programs” in 2009 and St. Lawrence College in Brockville, Ontario in 2011 in the “School of Part-Time Studies” we uncovered the need in the corporate and private business sectors to educate employers, top executives, managers, employees, new-hires and students on the key elements of “Office Skills for Today’s Economy”. I created the certification program that includes but that is not limited to resume and interviewing techniques, manual and automated filing systems, PC, Microsoft Office Products, the internet, manual and automated collating and filing, accounting and record keeping and manual and automated meeting planning that would be easily adaptable to instruct and train in diverse locations. The results and statistics were and continue to be staggering. We increased self-confidence in each participant by 93%, improved inner office work ethics and codes of conduct by 60% and decreasing poor work ethics by 70%, restored team-player and team-building and mentoring by 74% and eliminated outdated and substandard office procedures by 100%.
