  Independent commercial aircraft design

  I have undertaken the task of independently conceiving and designing all the essential components of a complete aircraft, encompassing the fuselage, wings, turbofan engine, tailplane, and control surfaces. In this endeavor, I have effectively applied the array of skills I have acquired over the past two years.Specifically, I have leveraged my proficiency in Finite Element Analysis using software such as Fusion 360 and Abaqus CAE to conduct static stress studies, ensuring the structural integrity of the aircraft components. For computational fluid dynamics analysis, I have employed Star-CCM and Autodesk CFD to comprehensively evaluate the aerodynamic performance of the wing, tailplane, turbofan engine, and control surfaces.Furthermore, I have utilized the MIT software AVL to perform in-depth wing analysis, employing AVL for its specialized capabilities in this context.In terms of design, I have employed industry-standard software tools, including 3DX (CATIA), SolidWorks, and Autodesk Fusion 360, to meticulously craft all the components of the aircraft.In parallel with the design and analysis tasks, I have been engaged in the computation of stability derivatives and key performance metrics for the aircraft, contributing to a holistic understanding of its behavior.To encapsulate this extensive endeavor, I have meticulously documented the entire design process in a comprehensive 30-page design report, which serves as a testament to the rigor and thoroughness applied throughout this project.
