  - Oversee all electrical and instrumentation system in Top Glove factory 32, ensure all system runs in a good condition and comply to all regulatory requirement, monitor plant and process.- Carry out Preventive Maintenance job for every Facilities machinery such as Water-Cooled Chiller, Air Compressor, Diesel Generator (Genset), Blower Motor, Cooling Tower, Air Conditioning System, Plant Lighting.- Installing, managing, maintaining electrical manufacturing equipment such as PLC, VFD, HMI Panel, Sensors, Auto Valve, Weighing Load Cell and ensure all the production line SCADA system and utilities SCADA system in good condition while ensuring OEE within target.- Involve in Energy Management team, control the total usage of electricity in factory by analyzing the electricity cost per carton glove produced (CPC) and Electrical Energy used per carton glove produced (EPC) which comply to ISO 50001:2018, Energy Management System.- Manage the inventory checklist of equipment spare parts, practice Kanban method and ensure all spare parts stocks well maintained for preventive and corrective maintenance. - Lead and supervise technical staff and general worker to ensure all job arrangement is smoothly delegated.- Liaise with maintenance contractors and suppliers, chargemen and wiremen to ensure preventive maintenance job done as planned.- Involve in various process improvement project (Kaizen), departmental cost saving project, digitalization and automation project which leads toward IR4.0 Factory.- Advise and provide technical solution to production team to improve the process uptime, boost production output quality and reduce equipment breakdown.- Planning, implementing, and overseeing all M&E subordinate safety at work and ensure all work done in compliance and adheres to Occupational Health and Safety guidelines.
