Successfully complete material take-offs when going over drawings. Order needed materials for each project and ensure they are delivered on time with no delays (ie. long lead time items.) Oversee each project I am assigned to ensure each job gets finished on or ahead of schedule. Assist in obtaining permits to certificates of occupancy.
