In the position of Web Master, I led the design and development of the websites for Curso Objetivo Vestibulares, Colégio Objetivo, and Universidade Paulista, facing the challenges of a time when very few people discussed technology.My tenure was marked by pioneering innovations that shaped online education. Under my leadership, we introduced the country's first online task system, gaining prominence in the Super-Interessante magazine. Furthermore, we were the first to develop an online university entrance registration system, revolutionizing the way students enrolled. These achievements were just a few of the many innovations we implemented in the field of education.I managed an interdisciplinary team of ten people, playing a crucial role in task delegation and in setting and monitoring deadlines.   During this pioneering period of the internet, I led the analysis, design, development, and management of the Rádio Mix FM website. In partnership with IG, on the Rádio Hits music portal, we surpassed heavyweight competitors like globo.com and uol.com.br in terms of audience in less than a year, as measured by IBOPE/NETRatings. This achievement was the result of a well-crafted strategy, strategic partnerships, and robust technical implementation, using technologies such as SQL Server, Windows Media Server, Microsoft IIS, ASP 3.0, and a pioneering adaptation of Hibernate for VBSCRIPT.Effective communication with different business areas, including journalists, broadcasters, audio extraction technicians, and other IT professionals, was crucial. I also established partnerships with clients at IG, such as IGirls and E-Pipoca. The partnership with Submarino allowed Rádio Hits listeners to buy their first CDs online, solidifying the radio's position as a frontrunner in the digital scene.This experience also provided me with the opportunity to collaborate with IG founders and Rádio Mix leaders, further strengthening my communication and negotiation skills at strategic levels.   During my tenure at Itaú BBA, I was tasked with transforming the way the bank develops and maintains software. Aiming to get the best service for the best price, I created robust tools for the selection of maintenance service providers, based on Service Level Agreements (SLAs).We completed the selection of two companies to provide maintenance services, after more than 20 meetings to meticulously evaluate all contractual clauses. This initiative resulted in a cost reduction of over 50% and an increase in timeliness and quality of deliveries.Furthermore, I led the implementation of Third-Party Management, going beyond simple control of physical space occupancy, providing support in registration and granting of logical and physical accesses. This action resulted in savings of 500 dollars/month per returned workstation, totaling 138 positions.Another standout project was the "internalization" of 34 key resources who worked for the bank under the body-shop contract model. This action not only appropriated intellectual capital but also resulted in savings of around 5% on the cost of the outsourced service.Lastly, I established a new development process, adapting the base process, MDS, to the reality of IBBA, making it flexible enough to support different sourcing strategies.   "At the epicenter of Grupo Estado's digital transformation, I led the renewal of the digital publishing platform for the newspaper O Estado de São Paulo, a project deemed the most significant for the group in the past decade. Under my leadership, we migrated 146 years of newspaper news, consolidating an archive of over 80 terabytes of text, images, and videos. This monumental migration involved transitioning from platforms written in PHP and other legacy technologies to NodeJS and React, resulting in over 5 million news articles now in a universal JSON-based format.The technical challenges were vast, from the proper incorporation of images and audio and video conversions to the implementation of accessibility tools for the visually impaired. During the migration, we conducted in-depth SEO studies with the support of specialized consultancy and Google's commercial team. These insights were crucial for us to stand out in search rankings, avoiding the common decline during massive migrations.Strategic negotiations with suppliers were essential for the project's feasibility, and I played an active role in this process, ensuring the best terms and conditions for Grupo Estado.But beyond the technical challenges, what I am most proud of was promoting a collaborative, professional, and friendly environment among departments, especially with the Newsroom. We overcame historical communication barriers, establishing unprecedented synergy between IT and the Newsroom.
