  Managing and supporting key accounts operation performances of PT. PAMAPERSADA NUSANTARA and PT. KALIMANTAN PRIMA PERSADA’s site (VHS, GIP, AR AP Online, Pricing, other support) and 1A Area of PT. UNITED TRACTORS's site (Loreh, Bendili, Bontang, Buhut, Tuhup, Muara Teweh, and Sereak).In collaboration with SPM (Inventory Department), KMSI (Komatsu principal), and Scania representative (through SPM team) in order to maintain readiness of Vendor Held Stock (VHS) agreement of PAMA and KPP to 99% (VHS items) and 95% (non-VHS items) by conducting weekly meeting, video conference to job sites, and QA Meeting Level 1 around UT, KMSI, and PAMA KPP top level management (4 times a year).In collaboration with all UT site to maintain Good Issue Pending (GIP) in PAMA, KPP, and Site 1A Area to conduct monthly review GIP with target zero GIP of 60 days up > currently moved to max 5% of GIP 30 up aging to be a new challenge to achieve.In collaboration with DAD (Digital Department of UT) and PAMA to review implementation and problem of AR AP Online (Online Account Receivable and Account Payable) of all PAMA's districs by barcode posting and online reconcile of weekly use of VHS transaction (PMR) in term of transfer data by PAMA's server to UT's server (pdf an txt file).In collaboration with Pricing Department to review spare parts price to PAMA and KPP in line with the increase of KMSI's price and held the meeting to review detail of price that will be adjust up or down to fit with the condition (weighted average price for VHS and others pricing agreement i.g. brand new component price, PTA components price (overhaul), and hensley price). Successfully increased the price to PAMA KPP this year (March 2022).In collaboration with Inventory Department, Logistic Department, Principal (KMSI and Scania Depo), IT Department, CESRGACOM Department and others departments in order to support every needs of PAMA KPP and Area 1A either in parts problem or others operational problems Show less 2015 - 2019: Parts Department Head at UT Rantau's Site located in Tapin Regency, South Kalimantan with main responsibility to handle internal operational of parts department (managing Sales, AR, GIP, Warehouse, Inventory, after sales support, and safety) and external relationship with all customer (Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP), Petrosea, Madhani Talatah Nusantara (MTN), Hasnur Riung Sinergi (HRS), Bina Sarana Sukses (BSS), Antang Gunung Meratus (AGM), and local customers).Successfully handling General Overhaul (GOH) HD785-7 of MTN in collaboration with service and overhaul department in term of preparation of R&I and additional parts based on Standard Parts Overhaul and Historical of additional parts usage and proper component planning so that those activities well contributed to reduce lead time of GOH HD785-7 from 14 days to 10 days. This fantastic achievement was adopted to handle GOH HD785-7 in Petrosea.Successfully increase the support to Hasnur Riung Sinergi (HRS) in term of increasing Physical Availability (PA) of its units from 70% to 90% by doing some improvement area in maintenance planning and limit / plafond of product support purchase to UT by using BRI Financing. Successfully collaboration with Pak Aris Abdullah (BRI's Head of Rantau Branch) to give IDR 2 Billion of plafond for product support transaction to UT.Successfully manage the maintenance planning of BSS so that the GOH time was going in schedule by giving interesting package and financing formula (with Fiducia Unit).2019 - 2021: Promoted as Parts Department Head of UT Adaro's Site located in Tabalong Regency, South Kalimantan with main responsibility to managed internal process and external process of supporting PAMA Adaro, KPP PDRO, Madhani MUTU, and local customers with strong safety performance and experienced.Successfully to make a policy of COVID-19 prevention by BCP program and SMKP Minerba (Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara) implementation.
