  Student Management System Transformation (SMST) Program: As Change and Communication Analyst for the SMST Program, I support the development and implementation of comprehensive change management and communication strategies. My role involves contributing to actionable plans for organisational capability, system, process, and culture change. I assist in maintaining change management capability, identifying and mitigating risks, and providing expert insights to program leadership. Through research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement, I support informed decision-making and help foster a robust change culture. I also create diverse communication materials to ensure positive change experiences for all stakeholders. My work is crucial in aligning change practices with industry best practices and university standards, for the successful implementation of the SMST Program. Show less Project Engage Responsibilities (Aug 21 - Dec 22) : to gather training and communication requirements, draft training plan proposals informed by the overall project goals and with a future focus approach to uplift digital maturity, simplify resources upkeep, enable self-paced/independent training. Drive adoption of the UniCRM Enterprise toolkit by meeting with portfolio and faculty directors at different stages of the adoption journey; identify their needs and challenges; propose and implement plans to support each team to further embed their use for the system and new practices.
