  In 2017, I assumed the role of QA Team Leader, bringing forth a new set of responsibilities within my journey. As a QA Team Leader, I played a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our operations. My responsibilities encompassed various aspects:• Calibration of QA Equipment: I meticulously calibrated the onfloor QA equipment, including OMI, QTM, and Quantum, on a daily basis. This calibration process aimed to maintain the precision and reliability of our measurement instruments.• Allocation and Oversight: I allocated QA technicians to their respective machines, ensuring smooth operations across the production floor.
