  Worked on an onsite Siebel 7.8 CRM Implementation project for one of the largest European Public Railway Transport company in Germany. The client required the implementation of Siebel CRM for the card application and cancellation process and mission-critical CRM IT system for BahnCard, bahn.comfort, bahn.bonus and corporate customers. He got involved in multiple stages of the project including the high-level design, configuration, unit testing, integration testing and go live.
