      Tech support agent for ResiPlus users. This is a management software that the company created to administrate geriatric centers. It was a home office job and I provided tech support to users from Spain, London, Portugal and Miami via e-mail, remote control and on the phone. Also gave trainings to new clients who bought the software but didn't know how to use it. Monthly I did some testing and created reports for the development department so they could improve the application features.

Also gave tech support to the bank's employees, tought them how to use new applications or gadgets and installed their equipments or whole new work stations. I did periodical maintenance to the data center and wrote weekly .xls inventory that later I would share with my colleagues in monthly group meetings in order to develop a better workflow, too.Every 2 months I had to perform the software implemantations to keep the apps updated and fulfill the users requirements.Also did technical writing for tutorials, instruction manuals and technical documentation.       I have to check if the creative pieces are ok for implementation.I have to be constantly in touch with clients, designers and media advertisers in order to reduce the time of performance. If some piece doesn't meet the requirements I can fix it, if it doesn't interfere with the designs, of course.In my free time, I like to take courses so I can keep posted with any new media feature that can help me to improve my production, such as google's, youtube's, etc.
