  As the Senior Visual Artist, in addition to design, I lead a team of two graphic artists on a variety projects ranging from product packaging, body decals, social media graphics, web banners, advertising, branding pieces, event graphics (signage, specialty items, t-shirt graphics), social video, etc.I am responsible for:• Product photography (studio and outdoor still / action), color correction, editing.• Video editing and motion graphics for products and social media. Also sourced equipment for a live stream setup with three cameras, audio mixer, streaming device and camera switcher, etc.• Audio music production (in-house) and sourcing third party contributors.• Website content management (add all product to website and build kit pages) and product data entry. Some HTML and CSS used in some cases as well.• Building and scheduling press releases.• Monitoring and reporting all analytics - website and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube), as well as making recommendations based on historical analysis of KPIs. • Packaging design, decal design, catalog design and in-store collateral.• Corresponding with overseas manufacturers to ensure product quality, approve packaging proofs, approve color samples, etc.• Work with licensors on product approvals (such as Feld Entertainment, Chrysler (through third party licensing), SCORE International, Nitto Tire, Falken, BFGoodrich, Maxxis, and others (we carry approximately 70 licenses) and adherence to design guidelines for marketing and packaging assets.• Ensuring Axial style guide upheld by third party marketing partners.• Working with local vendors on print production and quality.• Providing assets and support to national and worldwide distributors and our other offices in the US, and Europe.
