      Before being promoted to Director of Games and Attractions in charge of 40-plus parks for Malibu Grand Prix, I was responsible for five successful corporate-environment business turnarounds, two in Dania and Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and three additional park transformations in Redwood City, California, Atlanta, Georgia, and San Antonio, Texas. This was accomplished by developing a strong teamwork environment where we maximized peak hours and developed methods to optimize productivity on off-peak days. Developed a marketing program that directly approached companies such as Apple, Intel and HP – as a result, we quickly became the venue of choice for corporate retreats and team building. Show less

This exceeded 300% the national average of retail floor covering stores. Voted Best Flooring Store in the Texas Hill Country seven years in a row. By continuing to apply the same business skills to develop a solid business of always giving the client more than they expected.
