  Responsible for business area development of digitalisation in newly created team. Program manager responsible for the implementation of digitalisation according to Industry 4.0 at a airplane manufacturer within a global military and defence company. This included strategic work coordinated with the other companies within the corporation as well as ensuring continuous progress of the various projects within the program with the overall objective of enabling faser business development and smarter use of the available technology. Team lead at Resouce & competence center (50 %) and supporting the manager with resource planning, communication, business development.Application- and IT delivery model analysis (50 %) for a global military and defense company and the different companies. Project manager responsible for a global military and defense company's cloud strategy. This included a plan for how to enable cloud solutions in a way that ensured a high level of security and aware decisions for various parts of the organisation. Primary focus was to ensure principles and guidlines in line with information- and security policies, that still enabled continuous technological progress and optimal business development. Implementing and enabling the IT maintenance methodology pm3 to a part of the global military and defense company. Assignment to create and adapt pm3 to a global military and defence company. The work resulted in a handbook which included a descriptive methodology, roles and responsibilities as well as defined processes for their company wide process library.
