      Responsible for business area development of digitalisation in newly created team. This included everything from creating a business model, methodology and delivery model and coordination with the other business areas. Team lead at Resouce & competence center (50 %) and supporting the manager with resource planning, communication, business development.Application- and IT delivery model analysis (50 %) for a global military and defense company and the different companies. Project manager responsible for a global military and defense company's cloud strategy. This included a plan for how to enable cloud solutions in a way that ensured a high level of security and aware decisions for various parts of the organisation. Primary focus was to ensure principles and guidlines in line with information- and security policies, that still enabled continuous technological progress and optimal business development. Implementing and enabling the IT maintenance methodology pm3 to a part of the global military and defense company. Assignment to create and adapt pm3 to a global military and defence company. The work resulted in a handbook which included a descriptive methodology, roles and responsibilities as well as defined processes for their company wide process library.
