Çalıştığım süre boyunca performans ortalamam +90 puan olarak gerçekleşti.-I worked as a Turkish / English Customer Representative in the 3rd and 4th grades of the university within the scope of the "Bank in Campus" program, a training program of Kuveyt Turk. Solved the problems of the customers via phone (min. 100 conversations per day with turkish+english).Executed all banking operations for the customers (EFT, POS, account, credit and debit card, payment transactions etc.) My performance average during the time i worked was +90 points.
