      Recruited minority students grades six through twelve from the local school district. Organized and facilitated advisory committee, developed and maintained working relationship with middle and high school administration, arranged mentor-ship program for Adopt-A-Scholar participants with EWC's athletic teams, student organizations, and faculty. Developed and organized three-day Summer Youth Conference for minority students, which included arranging regional and local minority speakers and presenters, scheduling workshops and activities, organizing meals, residence hall arrangements, extra-curricular activities, and transportation for students. Assisted with academic advising of Adopt-A-Scholar students in high school and college. Reviewed and tracked academic progress of Adopt-A-Scholar participants. Administered and reported, bi-annually, on the Wyoming Educational Trust Fund grant project. Researched additional foundations and other sources of funding.
