      On this 2 week internship I worked with the scientists present in NIO in different projects, one of them being analysis of different sea sediments for microplastic traces and also learned to identify zooplanktons and phytoplankton through the use of stereo microscopes. I also learned the working of advanced PH analyser.

      NIB National Round National Idea Bank Feb 2024 Filtresha Secured Top 30 in the national round of NIB-III held at President House, Islamabad. The grand finale event consisted of 67 projects from all over Pakistan.

      NIB Provisional Round Winners National Idea Bank Dec 2023 Filt-resha managed to secure 12th position all over Sindh in the provincial round and qualified for the national round of NIB-III. Out of 2400 submissions all over Pakistan and then competing with 180 projects in Sindh, Filtresha came out in top 15 projects and the second highest project presented from DUHS

      History & Creative Arts 3D Model Competition Dow College Of Biotechnology Dec 2022 A course titled 'History & Creative Arts' where groups were tasked with making 3D models of historically relevant breakthroughs in the field of biotechnology and presenting them. I was tasked to lead a group of 10 individuals and assigned the topic of 'Production of Insulin through rDna Technology'. Our group ended up securing first position among ten groups of our class and was awarded A+ grade for our efforts in that course.
