  At Radio CBN, a news radio station within the Globo Group, I began as an intern and was later promoted to a trainee position. Upon graduating, I became a full-time producer for one of the station's news programs, CBN Noite Total. Among my responsibilities were crafting program agendas, selecting interviewees, and overseeing the daily broadcast, minute by minute.

  I was chosen as one of the participants in the inaugural edition of the "The OAS Fellowship on Open Government in the Americas" program by the Organization of American States. This program aims to create a network of government and civil society agents engaged in open government practices and projects across the continent. Alongside remote mentorship, we had in-person meetings in Washington D.C. and Mexico City.
