  This role varied in responsibilities over time and was best described as an in country (Haiti) director of the non-profit - with a focus specifically on cross cultural training and leadership development within our organization. Roles included property management, intern leadership and development, hosting partners, communications liaison (with both a bilingual and cross cultural element), and education of culture and methods. Some key resume points include:- Cultivated a positive team environment that promoted organizational values through the use of team activities and individual coaching. I oversaw both our long term and short term intern programs while also hosting over 300 people a year who came on short term trips.- Created and fostered relationship between different non-profit organizations in Haiti that amplified community efforts for vulnerable populations.- Raised and maintained a 100% donation-based salary for seven years through relationship with donors. - Served as a liaison between Haitian teams and the North American home office as well as stateside churches. I applied the remote skills of this aspect of my job to our college program as well once I began teaching Bachelor's level courses.- Managed the finances and property of The Breathe Center in Bercy, Haiti. We delivered clear results and modeled innovative best practices as we navigated a start up environment for the program's newly restructured launch in 2021.
