      I worked in various supervisory positions in merchandising and stock management across clothing and skincare/cosmetics. This included an 18 month placement to the international business, where I acted as a go between for the stores and head office, implementing policy and sharing sales generating ideas.

      I headed up the function that delivered a Digital Strategy for Property in Rolls-Royce. I built a new team of generalists and specialists. They drove a digital culture, deploying multiple technologies and software as part of the Prop Tech journey. By understanding the data flows and how our function was "wired", we could better get to a Single Source Of Truth (SSOT) and use our data and analytics to make decisions, moving towards predictive analytics. This was especially important in a highly outsourced function such as this.In this role I was using my procurement background, understanding of systems and processes, and property management, to enable us to use data and predictive analytics, AI etc better in our decision making. I used my skills in strategy and team building to make sure we had the right skills to deliver our commitments.I worked across the function and with IT to define future vision and strategy of systems and software deployment for data analytics in corporate real estate. This has enabled adoption of new technology (AI, Big Data, RPA and more) with a more informed IT Roadmap.I ensured that not only did we roll out new technology but that we also build in the right change management, thus taking new users on the journey and increasing adoption. Having come from a procurement, project management, systems, processes, analytics and consultancy background, I like taking skills honed from many industries and roles, and deploying them in new ways where I can deliver positive, measurable results. Show less In this role I worked in the Rolls-Royce Global Operations Team (Facility Management FM) in the Group Property function. Reporting to the Global Facilities Director, I was part of the global Process & Program team, working alongside the Regional Operational FM Leads. I had responsibility for a number of areas.I delivered the set up, management and ongoing evolution of the Governance & Performance Management of our Facility Management (FM) providers across the globe. This was following close involvement as a member of the core team who delivered the global tender of FM services, for which I deployed extensive negotiation skills. In this role, I delivered robust contract management and change management whilst also partnering with our Facility Management providers to improve delivery for our stakeholders on the sites. In addition to my Governance & Performance role I was requested by the Group Property Director in July 2017 to stand in for the Strategy & Planning Director on his management of Business Information (BI), and to join the Executive Leadership team for the Rolls-Royce Real Estate function.
