My responsibilities have included providing floor coverage in department and during power hours, ordering issues are promptly addressed, managing minor resets and cross merchandising as necessary, ensuring that all Safety and Asset Protection standards and protocols are clearly communicated and followed, managing clearance product, ensuring damaged merchandise is identified and handled appropriately and completing negative on-hand investigations and preparing for yearly inventory. During my time here I have had an amazing impact on the appearance and financial turnaround at our store. The position was unfulfilled when I got the promotion. I have turned things around almost immediately, and as a result we are expecting great numbers this year during our inventory.
