I am back and ready to provide servies in management consulting, employer/ employee dispute resolution, and all areas of family concerns and isdues. My medical sabbatical has facilitated me the opportunity to do an in-depth personal study of the effects of post traumatic brain injuries and the effects that they have on the ability to in the effectiveness of resolving conflict in a variety of situations. I looked at the behavioral, nutritional, physical and social aspects of conflict resolution for a post traumatic brain injury situation. So what we talk about with post traumatic stress and/or brain injury. It could be PTSD, it could be blunt trauma such as a vehicular accident. It could be old-age in onset of dementia it could be chemically induced, that to pack a day habit constricted the blood flow and has impacted the ability to resolve conflict. I am re-dedicating myself to finding a niche that lets me help people in a variety of situations where there be interpersonal, corporately, socially or in a familial situation. Working with patients and caregivers of traumatic brain injury. Working with veterans and their spouses and working with parents and teens. Also addressing the hard questions that come with an aging population and caring for our loved ones. I still deal with marital disputes, parental disputes, divorces, partnership creation and dissolution as well I was and community issues. Videoconferencing options are available upon request.
