      As Assistant Property Manager, I met the expectations and challenges of our Senior Management by 1) assisting with contract re-bidding which helped cut the operations budget cut 5% (approximately $65,000); 2) assisting in the winning of The 2011 International Building of The Year Award (TOBY) in the under 100,000 square feet category and The 2009 Southwest Building of The Year Award (TOBY) in the Renovated Category; 4) saving thousands of dollars by personally creating marketing materials and graphic mock-ups; 5) furthering our companies Green initiative through additional recycling and tenant educational programs; and, 6) training myself in whatever skills required to complete a needed task.
