  Flying for the number one airline in the world is where I first realized my passion for travel and the airline industry! I embraced the hands-on training in the world famous Emirates Training Center, quickly gained the respect and trust of my supervisors, moving up in the ranks among my peers to a management role. It is here that I successfully supervised cabin crew operating Boeing 777 and Airbus 330/340 equipment, conducted flight briefings, managing crew and aircraft logistics, with a focus on passenger and cabin crew safety. I also coordinated onboard activities such as meal service, duty free sales, rest shifts with the crew, and safety and security checks for take off and landing. Dealt with any customer complaints and arising safety issues on board. Reported directly to Management regarding flight operations, incidents, and cabin crew performance.
