  While working at Northminster, I helped plan two mission trips, two fundraisers, various social gatherings, and weekly youth group meetings. I compiled PowerPoint slideshows for weekly youth group meetings. I also co-led two small groups, one with middle school girls and the other with high school girls. In addition to these small groups, I also met one-on-one with students to further invest in their lives. Since I was able to work in different areas of the store, I had the opportunity to learn a larger set of skills. I was responsible for ensuring proper cash handling procedures were followed during my shift. I led 3-5 people each shift, assigning them different tasks and deploying them in the role that best fit their skills and our store needs.
