      My time on the Braun team allowed me to increase my cross-functional knowledge. I was hand-picked and cross-trained to cover multiple positions within the company. I provided customer service to 200+ dealers, served as administrator for Braun Rewards Program operations, and represented the department to International Organization for Standardization. I provided assistance to dealers on all aspects of sales. I provided weekly inventory reports and updates to dealers. I also coordinated state and agency bid sale processing and supervised the release of vehicles into General Motors/Chrysler dealer inventory. MY ACCOMPLISHMENTS AT THE BRAUN CORPORATION INCLUDED: ►I took on the ISO representative role and honed my project management, administrative, and business development skills. A FEW OF MY NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS ARE:►I resolved a client supply chain issue, working closely with production and engineering team members to quote, set-up, produce, and deliver needed part to client within 24-hours.►My strategic thinking rectified an emergency line-down situation. I collaborated with production for part set-up, located technical staff to operate an unstaffed machine, and ensured product delivery.       I delivered project management and analytical support to critical initiatives across the Cleveland Clinic health system. I worked to identify areas of opportunity, led cross-functional teams, and delivered solutions to improve quality of data, user accessibility, and resource management. A FEW OF MY NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS ARE:► I drove the in-house development of revenue cycle analytics, eliminating the need for a 3rd-party vendor, allowing for predictive modeling, and saving more than $8M in expense over the next 5 years. ► I managed the centralization of provider data from 8 unique sources. Eliminating duplication, we reduced the total number of records from 58,000 to 8,800. ► I played a key role in the implementation of a new enterprise analytics platform across the Clinic. I created user communities and provided more than caregivers access and onboarding to Teradata, Hadoop, SAS, Data Labs, and Tableau. ► Driving a pilot program with my own team, we tested a new Agile methodology for software development. I thoroughly evaluated the benefits of a full conversion and made recommendations accordingly. During the pilot, I also spearheaded the research of a new project management tool (Jira), and identified potential cost savings of $24K annually. ► I developed a tool to predict the likelihood of claim denials, enabling the review of potential rejections. The resulting outcome provides the opportunity to ensure proper documentation is sent to the payor and thus reduces time to collection. Show less
