  Successfully securing a place in the 2024 NA cohort, this 6-month mentoring program has been a phenomenal career investment, providing a myriad of invaluable opportunities to collaborate with like minded Broadcast Professionals. The customized pairing with an Industry Mentor provides one-on-one support and places dedicated focus on areas of professional development. This, combined with a carefully selected mix of virtual masterclasses, in-person networking opportunities and involvement at industry-wide events, places the spotlight on gender diversity, helping Mentees to curate and expand their professional networks and provide a platform for Women in Broadcast to successfully evolve in the industry. A most inspiring and worthwhile initiative to be associated with, I look forward to remaining part of the RISE Alumni and maintaining a continued involvement throughout the future. Show less
