  Daily: log all inbound and out bound vehicles and drivers, collect all paper work from drivers with rapid safety briefing, control daily traffic patterns, pass down of any after hours information, information passing between myself and CSR's (Customer Service Reps), logging in all contractors and contractor personnel, scanning of all paperwork received and saved to k drive, escorting any suspended or termed personnel, follow up with guards for trailer inspection and tag out, report any safety violations or safety hazards to EHS Director.Weekly: Weekly report to EHS, lighting survey, fencing survey (checking for any new damage to the perimeter fencing), zook training, all EHS training set to be completed and weekly tasks from the EHS DirectorMonthly: Fire extinguisher inspection, monthly review of guards with operation manager (Paul Gilmore), securing entrances and exits during facility drills (i.e. fire, release, spills, ect), and any additional tag outs missed by fellow employees, facility walk through after hours for safety violations, follow ups with contracted companies through safety (security, cameras, communications ect).Annual (semiannual ): required reading and training, rain water collection, any certification that need to be renewed, put into motion any plans to further expand the safety program set forth by EHS director. Maintenance of safety space (guard shack). Coordinates security schedules, studies layout of facility, customer interaction, Daily activity reports, reports and documents parking violations. Set up initial parking structure patterns to include: Stop signs, additional parking signs, employee parking placement, mile per hour signs. I am the point of contact with Seatex's partners in : communication (radios for the plant and Emergency response team) and also for the Security company that Seatex currently employees, set up a security incident report system for terminations and any law enforcement visits on company property.
