Own global program management and delivery of numerous cross cloud workload engagements for one of the world's largest multinational conglomerates and manufacturing companies. Identified key projects and partnership opportunities that resulted in over 250% revenue growth. Delivery leader driving professional services, support, engineering, and consulting relationships between Enterprise accounts and Microsoft. Achieved 235% budget attainment and negotiated first of its kind multi-year support contract, which paved the way to operationalize this for Microsoft. Professionally manage a high-complexity App Development project portfolio exceeding $150M across Canada, US, and LATAM regions, while coaching and collaborating with Project Managers to mitigate risks, ensure financial adherence, schedule compliance, and improve technical quality, resulting in a significant decrease in complex project portfolio risk.
